The breakfast was a delightful spread with fresh fruits, pastries, and made-to-order omelets.
Unfortunately, we had a frustrating experience finding the hotel. There were no clear signs indicating the reception location, making check-in cumbersome. On another note, the bathroom cleanliness was disappointing, which detracted from our overall comfort during the stay.

Our stay as a couple at Arch Rome Suites was unforgettable. The staff went above and beyond, offering us freshly squeezed orange juice and made-to-order omelets during breakfast. The location is outstanding, with major attractions just a short walk away, making it easy to explore the area. The balcony view was a pleasant surprise, larger than expected, ideal for enjoying the sunset. Breakfast offered a tasty selection of fresh fruits and the staff was incredibly friendly. However, the air conditioning was quite loud and ineffective during a hot night, impacting comfort. Additionally, the shower pressure only worked on the cold setting, which was frustrating.

The exceptional views from the balcony offered a perfect spot to unwind after a day of sightseeing. Breakfast was a delightful spread, boasting fresh fruits, pastries, and the option to order made-to-order eggs. Unfortunately, the bathroom cleanliness left much to be desired, with stains noticed on towels and insufficiently cleaned facilities. Additionally, the outdated door lock system proved frustrating during our stay, making access cumbersome.

Couple fantastic getaway
A little gem right in the middle of everything! The staff were amazing, specially David at reception. He was so friendly and ready to help with any questions we had. The breakfast spread was just lovely and really fueled our days of wandering. My partner loved the spacious room and we both appreciated how quiet it was at night despite being in such a busy area.
It wasn’t cheap considering the price, but it was acceptable for the quality we got.

The location offered easy access to many city sights. I enjoyed walking to nearby restaurants, which were plentiful. One morning, I faced a little confusion with the locked door on the street upon arriving late, but luckily some other guests helped me. The breakfast was good, with a range of options. Overall, I appreciate the comfort of the clean room and the helpful staff.
Some amenities require a request at reception. The lift was busy, and I had to use the stairs with luggage at times.
